1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the website www.thaimassagesothon.com, booking an appointment, or using any services provided by Thai Massage Sothon ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Thai Massage Sothon provides massage therapy services including but not limited to Thai Massage, Swedish Massage, Hot Massage, Thai Mixed Swedish Massage, Thai Tuk Tuk Massage, Foot Massage, and Head Massage. All services are performed by licensed massage therapists in the state of Arizona.

3. Booking and Appointments

  • Appointments can be booked online through our website, by phone at 602-369-9780, or in person.
  • A valid name, phone number, and/or email address are required to complete a booking.
  • We recommend arriving 5–10 minutes before your scheduled appointment.
  • Late arrivals may result in a shortened session to accommodate subsequent appointments.

4. Cancellation and No-Show Policy

  • We request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
  • No-shows without prior notice may result in a charge equal to the service price and may affect future booking privileges.

5. Payment

  • Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged.
  • We accept cash, credit cards, debit cards, and gift cards.
  • All prices are listed in US Dollars and are subject to change without prior notice.
  • Gift cards are non-refundable and may have expiration dates.

6. Health and Safety

  • Please inform your therapist of any medical conditions, allergies, injuries, or areas of concern before your session.
  • Massage therapy is not a substitute for medical treatment. Consult your physician for any medical concerns.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe it may be harmful to your health.

7. SMS/Text Messaging Terms

By opting in to receive text messages from Thai Massage Sothon, you agree to the following terms:

  • You consent to receive text messages including appointment confirmations, reminders, booking updates, promotional offers, and business announcements.
  • Message Frequency: Approximately 2–8 messages per month.
  • Message and data rates may apply. Your carrier's standard rates apply.
  • Opt-Out: Reply STOP to 602-369-9780 at any time to stop receiving messages. You will receive a final confirmation and no further texts.

9. Gift Cards

  • Gift cards are redeemable for services at Thai Massage Sothon only.
  • Gift cards have no cash value and are non-refundable.
  • Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced.

10. Limitation of Liability

Thai Massage Sothon shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of our services or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Maricopa County, Arizona.
